Terms and Legal Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Team Rayzor's Edge Cancer Awareness Event. By accessing our website, registering as a vendor, sponsoring, or participating in the Event, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Legal Policy. This policy is designed to protect all participants, vendors, sponsors, and attendees while ensuring a safe, respectful, and lawful environment.

2. Website Terms of Use

By using the Team Rayzor's Edge Cancer Awareness website, https://rflrayzor.com, you agree to the following:

  • You may not use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

  • Content on the Website, including logos, images, and materials, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

  • The Website may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

  • Any user-generated content (comments, testimonials, reviews, etc.) must be respectful and not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material

3. Vendor & Sponsor Agreement

All vendors and sponsors must adhere to the following regulations:

  • CREDIT CARD processing via LITTLE STAR IMAGING. Vendor and sponsors will receive a payment receipt from LITTLE STAR IMAGING.  

  • Permits & Compliance: Vendors must obtain all necessary permits and licenses required by local, state, and federal laws to operate at the Event.

  • Product & Service Guidelines: Vendors may only sell or promote products and services that align with the mission of the Team Rayzor's Edge Cancer Awareness Event. The sale of illegal, counterfeit, or harmful items is strictly prohibited.

  • Health & Safety Regulations: Vendors handling food or beverages must comply with health department regulations. Any vendor violating safety or health codes may be removed from the Event without a refund.

  • Booth Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must follow setup and teardown schedules provided by Event organizers. Failure to adhere to these timelines may result in penalties or exclusion from future events.

  • Indemnification: Vendors and sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Team Rayzor's Edge Cancer Awareness Event, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their participation.

4. Participant Code of Conduct

All participants, including attendees, vendors, and sponsors, must:

  • Treat all individuals with respect and kindness.

  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

  • Follow Event rules regarding noise levels, signage, and designated areas.

  • Dispose of trash properly and maintain a clean environment.

  • Comply with all security and safety guidelines as directed by Event staff.
     

5. Liability Waiver

By attending or participating in the Team Rayzor's Edge Cancer Awareness Event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The Event, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur before, during, or after the Event.

  • You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your personal belongings.

  • The Event reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or government regulations.
     

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Vendor Fees: All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by the organizers.

  • Ticketed Attendees: If applicable, ticket purchases are final. Refunds may be issued only in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Event organizers.

  • Force Majeure: The Event is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated restrictions.
     

7. Media & Photography Release

By attending the Team Rayzor's Edge Cancer Awareness Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. The Event organizers reserve the right to use photos and videos taken during the Event in marketing materials, social media, and future promotions.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected through registrations, donations, or website interactions will be used solely for Event purposes.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties unless required by law or with explicit consent.

  • Participants can opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state where the Event is held. Any disputes arising from participation in the Event shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local legal requirements.
